Emergencies and After Hours Calls
All emergencies should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room after hours
Reform Psychiatry LLC is an outpatient psychiatric/mental health office and provider is available to see patients only during business hours. Reform Psychaitry does not offer after hours care and all existing patietns who have emergent or urgent issues after hours should go the emegency room or urgent care.
Jemima Mensah, PMHNP-BC is available by phone during business hours for urgent calls an can only take this calls when not seeing other patients. Patients are encouraged to use the HIPPA compliance messaging on their patient portal to communicate with the provider for all non-urgent issues.
All attempts shall be made to see patients in crisis as soon as possible the same day.
The following resources can also be used after hours but calling 911 should be the first action if the safety of the patient and others is at risk.
